How do I cancel my paid subscription?

Log in to your parent dashboard, open Account → Billing, and click Cancel Subscription. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be charged again.

How do I delete my account completely?

We’re sorry to see you go! Please contact our support team using the form below and choose Delete my account. We’ll permanently remove your data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

On the login screen, click Forgot password and enter the email address you used to sign up. We’ll send a reset link that’s valid for 24 hours.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Account → Billing in your parent dashboard, then click Edit Payment to add a new card or update existing details.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Yes! Inside Account → Billing select Pause Subscription. You won’t be billed while paused, and you can reactivate anytime.
